Summer season with humidity of maximum 45%, average day temperatures of 35oC and nights with average temperature of 20.5oC. Insurance
It is most important that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. Visa A tourist Visa can be obtained at Kathmandu Airport on Arrival. Please ensure that you carry a valid Passport or Voter ID in
case of Indian nationality. Any other ID proof will not be accepted. Health
Take extra care with hand-washing and personal hygiene to avoid contagious illnesses. Drink only bottled water that is sealed and free of visible contaminants. See your travel medical doctor some weeks before leaving home. Take adequate supply of any medicines you have been
prescribed. Antibiotics in case of illness with Delhi Belly e.g. Ciprofloxacin. Antibiotic in case of respiratory infection e.g. Azithromycin Avoid dust and dusty areas. Cover your nose and mouth if exposed to dust. Avoid excess exposure to the sun. Drink plenty
of water. Do not walk barefoot. Food quality is generally poor outside the premises so avoid unnecessary travel whilst in Nepal. In case you do eat outside the premises avoid tap water, drinks with ice, peeled fruit and salads. Its better to have
boiled water or hot drinks and freshly cooked hot food. Avoid mosquito bites by using personal insect repellants containing.15-20% DEET and a low irritant knockdown aerosol spray for your room if needed. Bring flashlight, hat, insect repellent for skin, insect spray for rooms, first-aid kit, field seat, lip balm, sunglasses, sun block, acidophilus, vitamins, personal hygiene supplies, adequate supplies of any medications you take regularly, and an extra pair

Please produce these documents for verification at the airport to our representative for pickup. Acceptances of the plans are subject to presentation of the confirmation documents. Amendments by you We will make every effort to assist you if you wish to alter your arrangements but can offer no guarantee that this will be
possible. Request for an amendment may be made through the email or by fax. No amendments will be accepted after 15th March 2009 Cancellations
All cancellations must be made through e-mail or fax. For cancellation 75% of the package cost will be charged.
No refund will be given for no-show. If the event is cancelled for circumstances beyond our control, Afimac Associates Pvt. Ltd. will not hold any liability. In such
case, 50% of the package cost will be refunded. In case of any dispute, Delhi jurisdiction alone will apply. Package Prices Return airfare Delhi-Kathmandu-Delhi, three nights hotel accommodation with all meals from 6th to 8th April 2009, both

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that what is stated is followed and that other suppliers of services are
efficient and reputable. However since we have no direct control over them, we reserve the right to vary the arrangements. Arrival and departure transfers are provided as a courtesy service only and should you miss them no compensations for any
transfer expenses incurred will be paid.
