In compiling this list I still do not believe that we should accept even those “determined safe” additives in our foods. We should be driven to eat foods as found in nature and that means processed as little as possible. I understand we live busy lives but when looking out for our own health and that of our family’s, we should buy raw organic ingredients and prepare meals at home from scratch.
