Isolation, purification, transformation and growth of eukaryotic cells (leucocytes, spleenocytes, hepatocytes, peritoneal and alveolar macrophages, kupffer, dendritic and bone marrow cells). Differential and immunohistochemical staining and morphological analysis. Microscopy (LSM, SPIM, EM).
